About PVD Coating
Arcing Nano's coatings are widely used in the tool and mould industry, aerospace industry, automotive manufacturing industry, medical device industry, semiconductor industry, aerospace industry and high-energy particle field. Currently, we can provide TiN, TiCN, CrN, AITiN, AICrN, TiSiN, AITiSiN,AICrTiSiN and other types of single-layer or composite nano-coatings, the main functions of which are super-hard, abrasion-resistant, abrasion/wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and coefficient of friction-reducing.

Typical film thicknesses for all such coatings are 1-5 um and can sometimes be increased to very high thicknesses if required.
